All BP Automotive products are intended for off-road use only or use in emissions-exempt vehicles.

✅ Order Policy

  • All orders are subject to review. If issues arise, we’ll contact you via email.
  • If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, your order may be canceled and refunded minus a 3% card processing fee.
  • Do not place an order if you have questions or are unsure of your selections. Contact us first!
  • Orders for flash services or control modules require proof of harness purchase. Without proof, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the 3% fee.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are subject to our Shipping and Returns Policy.
  • A restocking fee applies.
  • Order issues must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

🛠️ Warranty Policy

Wiring Harnesses

  • 5-Year or 100,000-Mile Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Some warranties require bundled purchases (e.g., 1017 fan harness requires tuning from BP).

Other Products

  • 1-Year Warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty valid for original purchaser only.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all items before approving replacement.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.

📦 Testing & Returns

  • All Gen 3 & Gen 4 standalone harnesses are computer tested before shipping. Test results are logged, and results with date and time are sent with each harness.
  • Returned harnesses that pass retesting will incur a $150 testing & video fee.
  • Returned harnesses will not be sent back until the fee is paid.
  • Any unclaimed items left with BP Automotive for more than 90 days become BP property and may be resold to cover costs.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Do not test or modify BP Automotive products without our written consent. Doing so voids the warranty and removes eligibility for tech support.
  • Testing electrical products must be done by technicians with ASE A6 and A8 certifications unless waived in advance.
  • We recommend that professional shops have ASE A6, A8, and preferably L1 certifications.

  • BP Automotive is not responsible for labor costs related to defective or incorrectly installed parts.
  • Always inspect all parts before running your engine.
  • No text, images, or products from this website may be used commercially without written permission from BP Automotive.
