If you are sending hardware to us for a flash service, please follow these requirements to avoid delays:

Order First: Do not send a module until you have purchased a flash service on our website.
Label the Box: Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Address it Correctly: BP Automotive, Attn: Tuning, 5220 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY 42728
30-Day Limit: Modules must arrive within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, the flash service will be cancelled and any other items in your order will ship.
Abandoned Modules: If a module is sent to us without an order for a flash service, if there is no way to connect the sender and no contact is made to us, the module(s) will be considered abandoned after 30 days and discarded.

We are a manufacturing facility, not a retail storefront. All orders must be placed online.

Pickups: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will email you to schedule a time once your order is ready. Please check your junk folder!
In-Person Tuning: Available by appointment only.
Walk-ins: We do not offer in-person sales or browsing at our facility.
Appointments: If you show up without an appointment, you will be turned away.
