What transmission is going behind your Gen V LT? *

The Gen V harness is one part number. You pick your transmission in the harness options on the product page. You also pick your fuel rail pressure sensor there. Tip: a 4-wire fuel rail pressure sensor means a 2014-2016 engine.

Cable throttle or electronic throttle? *

Cable throttle (Drive-By-Cable, cable from pedal to throttle body)

Cable throttle runs a red/blue 12200411 or 09354896 PCM. Electronic throttle runs a blue/green P59-style PCM.

What connector is on your fuel injectors? *

Multec (many 4.8/5.3/6.0 truck engines)
EV6 / USCAR (many later and flex-fuel engines)

Look at the plastic connector on one injector. The wrong injector connector means the harness won't connect.

What transmission are you using? *

Heads up: a 4L60E built before 1996 has to be updated to 1996+ before it will work with an LS PCM. Your harness result still applies once the transmission is updated.

If your PCM is a 12200411 or 09354896, you only need the harness (cable throttle). It will still need a standalone flash. A 09354896 or 12200411 PCM will not work with a BP Automotive Drive-By-Wire harness.
