Any order disputes/issues must be received within 2 weeks of order receipt.

ANY MODIFICATION OR TESTING OF A BP AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT BY BP AUTOMOTIVE WILL RESULT IN VOIDANCE OF WARRANTY AND LOSS OF TECH SUPPORT!

Warranty Information!

BP Automotive warranties all of our wiring products for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.  Some products have stipulations for items that must be purchased along with the product you are purchasing in order to be eligible for warranty.  An example of this is our 1017 fan harness.  You MUST purchase tuning from BP Automotive to have a valid warranty.
All other parts are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted in the item description.
Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and proof of purchase MUST be provided to start a claim for warranty.  BP Automotive reserves the right inspect any and all items BEFORE warranty replacement.  If you purchased the item from one of our authorized dealers, your name must be on their invoice for warranty.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping for warranty claims, and all items being submitted for warranty must be received by BP Automotive before a replacement can be approved.
All of our Gen 3 and Gen 4 standalone harnesses are computer tested BEFORE leaving our facility.  BP Automotive retains all test results.  These results include the date and time your specific harness was tested.  This completely eliminates human error and ensures your harness is 100% functional.  Any computer tested application that sent back for retesting will be tested again.  The unboxing and testing process is video recorded and upon a passing test there will be a $150 fee assed for the testing and video.  The harness will not be sent back until the $150 fee is paid.

And and all products or packages that are sent to BP Automotive and are not paid for or claimed withing 90 days are considered property of BP Automotive and will be sold to cover the cost of storage and/or the invoice.
